.45 is pretty hard to come by it seems... I'm selling my 1911 so the ammo has to go. 4 boxes of Winchester White Box and 1 box of American Eagle. Brass casings on all of it... Edit: No longer for sale, shot it all this weekend Last edited by aaronk; 01-10-2010 at 02:21 PM. |

wow, pricey.. I was just in Skagit County at Kesserling and got ammo for about $18.50 a box for some, and then winchester was going for about $.40-.45 cents a round. But hey, ammo is hard to come by at times, unless you know where to go. |

Keep in mind WWB is 100 rounds, not 50. Wally World sells it for $30 when they have it. So 4 x 30 = $120 plus another box of AE for another $17-18 or so and it's a decent deal IMO. I'd take it if it was local.

It says 250 rounds in the title. That would be 5 boxes of 50 rounds.....now, if WWB is 100 rounds, and they OP was mistaken, then this would be a great deal! |

Ok well I'm officially confused. I've never seen WWB in anything but 100 round boxes. But it does say 250 rounds, which would obviously be 5 boxes of 50. So thats $25/50 and a ridiculously high price when you can get double that for $5 more at Wally World, and most places are charging around $18/50 for .45 FMJ. So yeah, I wouldn't take this is if it was local after all. |

Wow, didn't think trying to sell some ammo would turn in to such a debate... Not that it matters but the WWB is 50 round packs. I bought it for $28 when I was in Montana since they had some, the AE was $22 at my local gunstore. I don't drive all over the county to find ammo, I buy a box or two at my local gunstore (5 minutes away) when they have it in stock, which recently .45 has been sold out and when it comes it it's gone right away. Was $28 a great deal, no, but I'd rather pay a little extra to actually shoot my gun then try and save money and just let the gun sit. Happy shooting! |

normal wwb is 50 rounds for .45 with the little plastic tray holding the rounds. The special lose boxes you get at wal-mart are 100 rounds with no plastic thing (loose) for added value lolz :)
