Went to cabelas looking for a belt.

needless to say, i didn't leave with a belt.

Oh yeah. The tulalip one is pretty bare bones except all those old style revolvers and old beat up shotguns. Mostly hunting rifles now.

I'm just glad that the nearest cabela's to Vancouver is like 110 miles away,otherwise they would have to put a cot in the corner because i'm moving in.

carbon 15 bushmaster. .223/5.56

came with 3 mags, pos bushnell red dot...came across a hogue grip in the clearance bin for 3.99..

went there looking for .40 ammo tonight and crap if they were cleaned out good lookin 15 norm

honestly i didnt purchase it for any hype, i purchased it because it was there.



most the reviews are 50/50
after cleaning it lastnight, i will say it feels fragile.

coming weekend i plan on putting some down the tube, will report back

if your looking for .40 take a trip over to Rainier Guns today is his final day in business....had loads of .38, .357, .40, and .45 ammo

shit ton of pistols, and odd ball stuff.
i went in there just going to browse, didn't leave empty handed, definetly worth the trip

Oh OK. I saw one used on a rack at cabelas and it was more expensive than the sig m400 with magpul furniture. right next to it.

i believe that they have a model specific bolt/buffer assembly.

other than that from what ive dug up its pretty much commercial.

even more digging, damn you Brian....
apparently the early ones (as in just after bushmaster bought the rights) had proprietary bolt/buffer, later model ones are supposed to be interchangeable internals.
i cant believe this one would be a early model one for the fact quantities are barely getting out and sitting on shelf.

the real question is, how long will it last.
