probably a decent investment with how things are going right now, I sold my .308 AK (mitchell arms M90) the year before last and got a grand for it, now they're going for 2+ g's T |

Save up & get a FAL is my only suggestion!

I bought a Dragonov in 1991 I think. When Century Arms was importing them. I think I paid about $500 for it then. I had thought of going through it and in the end, I've left it as is. It has a protty much standard two stage military triger....and it's a little crunchy. But it is what it is. I also have an Austrailian varient FAL, with sand grooves on the bolt carrier. Same kind of triger.

there's a ton of info out there, I started here Romanian Kalashnikov Rifles AK-47 - AK47.NET AK-103 - gallery to start the confusion, now I'm not so sure about the ak usa site as they never answer phone calls or return e-mails but it's nice to look at. |

$600 for a new PSL is a good deal. 7.62x54r is cheap as hell too. Don't expect a true sniper rifle though, as that isn't what they were intended for. Where did you find this?

JGsales.com has them pretty cheap but I think I would just pay the $650 from Northwest Pawn (it's just a gun shop). That is where I have seen them recently. I think it was $650 but maybe $700. Buying online in Washington kinda stinks cause you still have to pay sales tax to the shop where you pick up the gun.
