this here is my first project, its a savage model 100e late 80's i believe, my dad beat the hell out of it for years, then my sister followed suit, needless to say neither are allowed to touch it lol. i wish i had taken a before pic to contrast the difference and ill have to upload more soon but basically to the white american walnut stock back to virginity and and rubbed in multiple layers of light oil, topped it off with a few coats of stock wax to give it that SHHHIIIIINNNEEE! also took the semi-rusty steel down to nothing and had it professionally blued by a friend. for my first restoration im pretty proud.
