Winchester 94 Question

I figured this would be the best section for this but just wondering if anyone has taken a winchester 94 apart? I clean and lube it everytime I use it and every few months if I dont. When I crank the handle down the action itself looks a bit gummy and there's only so far you can get in there with Q tips and patches.. Dont want to get it apart and not be able to get it back together. Just curious..

Funny thing about firearms. The more you take them completely apart and reassemble them, the more they seem to "wear out".

Yea that's what worries me.. Had it apraised at around the $2,900 mark don't really want to mess it up at all.
