Scope? I thought that was a funnly lookin' carry handle... Good find, T! Mt first CF rifle was a 336RC back in the day. I used it for rock chucks, muskrats (nutria), pigeons... you get the idea. |

and the 45-70 got traded for this. The recoil on the 45-70 was'nt as impressive as everyone says :-( ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() part of me wants to re-finish it since it has some dings and the blueing on the reciever looks like shit and the wood is dinged a little, but at the same time the finish on the stock has a lot of depth to it. Also picked this up at the fun show on sat. ![]() definently needs the stock re-finished and a scope, but I had been looking for a 22-250 for a while. T |

I much prefer the marlin 336 to the winchester 94. Better action, great choice. What 45-70 did you have? |
