and the 45-70 got traded for this. The recoil on the 45-70 was'nt as impressive as everyone says :-(
part of me wants to re-finish it since it has some dings and the blueing on the reciever looks like **** and the wood is dinged a little, but at the same time the finish on the stock has a lot of depth to it.
Also picked this up at the fun show on sat.
definently needs the stock re-finished and a scope, but I had been looking for a 22-250 for a while.
