Great rifle,more of a push than a recoil........My buddy has an old Springfield trap door 45-70.....Yours is nice too.

Nice T.. My dad has an old Trapdoor Springfield as well.. I've got a Mauser 98 in 45-70. Love that gun! What a kick in the ass (er... shoulder) to shoot! |
