I was told at my local gun shop today that because of the Tucson shooting, the liberals are going to try to pass a ban on Hi-Cap magazines. Does anyone have any details?

I heard that some ppl were talking about it, but I highly doubt its goin to matter. Most ppl are saying as usual that it doesnt matter if you have 6 shots or 20 or even 30 in a mag. It only takes 1 bullet to kill someone. Reloading takes a mere second. If they do pass a law like that I would be highly surprised.

Very unlikely but anything is possible.

I don't remember her name but some lady politician who's husband was shot in a shooting spree, was back at it the day after the Arizona shootings drawing up plans for a new ban.
