Exclamation Oregon Non-Res CHL

What Oregon counties currently offer Ore non-resident CHL renewals? I think there is only a handful that do?

Same question. All the threads on the subject here are several years old. Anyone have updated info?

I was able to obtain my Non-resident in Klamath County last year. Department was super friendly and very helpful with the process. Appointments were out a ways but well worth the wait.

Oregon CCL

I did a lot of research just pre Covid. I have family in Lane county OR. that I visit frequently. Lane County will not issue to those living in adjacent states as the state law allows. Most other counties will not issue unless you have an interest, such as property ownership in their county.
One exception was Grant county. At the time of my research they were very open to helping out adjoining state CCL applicants. I have not made my way to John Day to get my permit. I glance a month ago on Grant county's web page shows they have become more restrictive.
