I'm stoked about it. I've been waiting patiently for this to see the light of day for some time now. Maybe now the libs will see that gun owners aren't out to kill people who disagree with them. We just want to be able to have our 2nd amendment rights in school as it is in every other public place.

I'm stoked also. However, I don't think the gun haters will ever get a clue. I am sure they are already planning on taking it to the Supreme Court. At least for now we are on the right track.

Agreed nutty. The problem for them is we have this 235 year old document that kinda trumps their wants. I won't be surprised when it goes to the supreme court and I won't be surprised when they get shot down(pun intended) again.

I hope it "goes viral" and infects the rulings in other States as well.

Expect it to be heard by the State Supreme Court before it becomes reality though. These "Libs" don't give up easy.

Exactly! Technically, you can still go into the buildings and what not because the Board of Higher Education cannot create a rule that circumvents that of the state. But, by doing this, we are risking being expelled (if you are a student) or fired (if you are faculty/staff). I really do not know what they could do if you are not part of the school. I wonder if the state would actually prosecute you. Well...it's definitely NOT worth finding out.
