I would agree with being concerned with this type of legislation even being considered. I can't see this thing actually getting passed cause its just insane and would put a major portion of the firearms industry out of business. This of all the sporting events that would instantly become illegal or too hard to participate in. Gun stores and ranges would go out of business cause it is just too hard to transport or keep guns. I have maybe 2 guns that would actually pass which are a 44mag revolver and a double barrel shotgun, but that is it!
What concerns me more then anything is that a sitting member of congress would want a bill like this that blatantly limits a constitution right. Its not like its the 15th or the 16th amendment its the bloody 2nd. Lost the 2nd amendment and you can sure as **** see them try and limit religion then freedom of the press. Soon we live in a communist state with no freedom of religion, press, or speech. I'm not a huge Christian or anything, but I would never limit the person next to me from going to the place he wants to go to worship his or spiritual beliefs. If you want to believe in Satan or worship Zenu then have fun cause we live in the land of the free and the home of the brave!
I have an idea lets just switch the good old stars and stripes into the sickle and hammer while we are limiting our bill of rights and murdering our values.... I swear there have to be some older Congressmen that have got to be fuming over legislation like this.
