We've been discussing this since it was proposed in September. For most people in the metro Puget Sound it will mean a defacto ban on suppressors because no LEOs around here sign off on any NFA items that I know of.

The part at the end gets me.

Yes because of all the criminals running around that are members of a NFA trust. Wait how many crimes have been committed with NFA weapons in the history of NFA. They twist statistics when they can but when there is no way they can come close to twisting it in there favor the statistics don't matter.

Plus the person picking up the NFA weapon does undergo a background check and its illegal for them to let a felon use it so I don’t see how this prohibits persons do not gain access any more than it being registered to an individual.
