Public places. Parks, Community Centers, Pools etc..

Judge ruled that City Bans are ilegal and that "State" Laws are observed. In this particular instance. Of course, this is for those who have a permit to carry concealed.

:mfclap::mfclap::mfclap:

Now.. If that is the case. Let's take the state of say..... California.. I know. I'm gonna get hell for this one..

Depending on where you live in Cal. you actually can get a permit to carry.
Does that mean that the local counties of California are breaking the law ?
L.A. County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Diego County and among others ? They are not above "State" law.

With the State of Wa. telling Seattle law it's ban on firearms not justified. Does that mean that the second amendment only applies to us Washingtonians ?

If so, Hot Damn.. I live in Washington :rock:

Unfortunately for the other states, this ruling will only apply to WA.

Our state constitution has a clause that essentially forbids cities and counties from instituting tougher restrictions than the state. That is why the ban was overthrown. Now some other states might have similar clauses, but I think CA is not one of them.

I totally understand that.. What I'm Saying is that it is possible to get a concealed permits in some rural areas of Cal. which shows the State does allow it. But yet one CANNOT get a permit in L.A. County. What makes L.A. County's laws above the state ?
