So I have been wanting a glock 18. For those of you that don't know it's a semi/full auto selectable glock with a 32 round mag. I know there are ways to legally own fully auto weapons. Looking around with google it's hard to understand what people are trying to tell you. What I want to know is... What permits do I need how do I get said permits More questions will come after I get these two awnsered. |

Find a class III dealer that has them, get ready to pay a buttload since it has to be manufactured in 86 or earlier. And contact the ATF, local police, and mom for permission. The ATF's website should have all the information your after. Oh, and I really hate that WA doesn't allow fully autos. |

Simple. Buy a cnc and a lathe. fill out the paperworl to become a class 3 manufacturer. Get your business liscence. Tax I'd. Etc setup. will run you about $1000 a year. Get your local chief Leo to sign off on a dealer sample letter. Order glock 18 directly from glock for $450 Works in wa too. |

It is legal for you to own a fully auto (if you are an Oregon resident). Like I said find the overpriced gun you want (has to be 1986 or older), contact the ATF for paperwork, then see your chief of police for his signature on the paperwork, send everything filled out to the ATF with $200 check. Once you get the approved tax stamp back in 6 months, you can then take delivery of your fully auto. Kolat, you get your class III dealers license and I'll come shoot your fully autos. |

The police chief is for the dealer sample letter. I know someone who has gone this route in tri cities except he doesn't have a sample letter that I know of but it allows him to manufacture full auto guns. I will see if I can get him to join the forum

I just bought a 32 round mag for my Glock 19 at the Puyallup gun show. I'll just pull the trigger really fast and pretend it's full auto.

Yeah... In washington there is no way for a civilian or trust or corp to own full auto weapons. The only way is as stated, to become a class 3 dealer/manufacturer, and get a sample or build one for demonstration perposes. The class 3 I work for right now will be upgrading our paperwork this year from dealer to manufacturer. Then I will be able to build all sorts of cool toys. |

If you build one make sure to hold on to it. They told me that but being 20 I thought. Oh it's just a puny ass 9mm. Yeah well 32 rounds in under 3 seconds was wild.

It looks like the glock 18 is too new (after 86) so you won't find one legal to own unless you are a class III dealer/manufacturer You can buy some other goodies though Most select fire guns start at 3k and go wayyy up from there too NFA Firearms Ads |
