This is why communication is important. Crucial details were not relayed to the officers going in. The whole situation is unfortunate and I don't think the officers who fired are 100% at fault, I feel that the police department as a whole is 100% at fault. They had the information about the situation available, but did not use it properly. |

I would not judge the cops based on the notoriously biased news reporting of ABC.
