If you are just looking for a basic set up you can usually find built guns close to the price of a build. If you are looking for any custom or major add ons then building is the way to go. If you do decide to build and need a hand I have all the tools. I would look around the local shops and see who has the best deal. My favorite shops in Spokane are NW Pawn, Keith has treated me very well and I have spent $$$$ there. I have also been doing some business with All American Arms, Terry and his wife Carrie are very nice people. Most of the stuff I have done with AAA is NFA stuff. look into the Oly Plinker plus. It's a super basic version but it's in your price range.
