Help please, what are my Winchester rifles worth?

I'm thinking of selling two of my safe queens. I was wondering if anyone here could help me figure out what they are worth.

I bought the model 70 243 super grade as a shot show special that was a limited run brand new. It's never been fired and has never seen the outdoors.

The 94 lever action is a 44 magnum take down that has also never been fired and has never been outdoors.

I included some pictures to maybe help out. I have bought many guns but this is the first time I have ever sold any. I have no idea what their value is.
