my del-ton upper kit was pretty bargain priced i think.

Del-Ton, Inc. AR-15 Rifle Kits - 16"

came with everything but the lower.

Midway USA has a DPMS flat-top 16" 1/9 on sale for $377 right now. Just ordered one for my brother.

I agree with Reppin, Del-Ton makes awesome products, that's where I got my upper from, granted it was 500 bucks, you can still get a decent priced upper from them in the high 300 range. Link to uppers
