Tannerite

I was thinking of getting a small case of it since it's only like 25 bucks, I've used it before, never purchased it myself though, wondering if anyone has purchased it before and if they had any problems with delivery or usage? The area I would be using it at is a legal shooting spot and tannerite is legal although a cop hearing explosions would more likely be inclinded to arrest you legal or not.. SO just wondering if anyone has purchased it and if they have had any problems using it? The ones we were shooting were the little 1 pound containers but seeing as you can buy 50 pounds at a time it might be a tad hairy.. Anyways was just curious...

I buy it all the time and it is completely legal for purchase and no problems with shipping because it is a 2-part explosive and both parts come in separate containers. Only times cops have issues with it around here is while it's dry and there is potential for fire.

I've always wanted to put some behind a sign on a roadside. The sign would say "DO NOT SHOOT THIS SIGN"

We share the same thought.

As for Tannerite being legal, just remember it's an "explosive" as far as the law is concerned. Not legal on any land managed by DNR, Forest Service. On private land just make sure there are no local/county ordinances regarding the use of explosives that you might be violating.
