The trigger has a shorter take up and reset, the finish is more durable, "match grade" barrel, replaceable back-straps, relief of the frame around the mag release, higher capacity mags, slightly different rail, grip molding is more aggressive, and easier take-down.
I'm planning on disabling/removing the newer take-down system from my competition gun when I do the trigger job. Some think it's a feature, some don't.
