Full-Auto Guns & WA State Law

Hey guys, can we round up the laws regarding full-auto weapons in WA? I have so much verbal interpretation floating around my head I have no idea what's what. There seem to be so many confident people stating what's "right", regarding years, type of weapons, barrel length, blah blah blah.

But the only full-auto I've seen was a brand new MP5. The guy shooting it was another "knowledgeable guy" who basically said as long as you have enough money, you can shoot anything. BTW, this was at an indoor range...

So what's the scoop?

wikipedia is quicker than searching the RCW's but they do reference them..

I Suppose if you were to start a company which works on automatic weapons you could be allowed to have them in your possession?

Lets just go in on a cabin in Idaho? Probably cheaper...

I see the section in bold, but the sub-sections i, ii & iii still give me pause. Doesn't seem like personal usage is included...

With the going rate of an old m16 at $16-24k for a transferable example, they'd have to be some rich retards. Full auto ain't cheap.

Dayum!

But there have to be more affordable options out there. Uzis? AKs?

And what about stuff like Glock 18s and the like?

I've heard of modifications that can be done to make Ruger 10-22s full auto. That'd be fun as hell if it's true. :)

I think the cheapest transferable mg will be in the $5k-7k range for a Mac based or maybe a stempler tube gun. Everything transferable was made before April or may of 1986.

Now you can become a class 3 dealer, obtain sample letters from police / military agencies, pay a yearly fee to the state and federal governments and keep huge amounts of paperwork on file. That way you could buy cheaper post 1986 "dealer samples". You'd have to go this route in WA as individual ownership is verboten.....unless you owned it before 1994.....
