Biden on Wednesday said the Obama administration is weighing an executive order restricting gun-owner rights – without congressional input, USA Today, Newsmax.com, the Huffington Post and other media outlets are reporting.
“Bypassing Congress to implement radical policies is never acceptable,” Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., told Newsmax.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo called for an overhaul of the Empire State’s gun laws in his State of the State address Wednesday.
