Good luck . I just cancelled orders from them because I ordered stuff that was supposed to be in "in stock" before all this crap happened. Never got it.

Anyone ever use a polymer lower before? I know they're what comes on the Sportster, but other than that don't have any experience with them...

there are a bunch of them out there.. new frontier and plum crazy were the first that I saw come available.. They are injection molded etc Same material/resins as the rest of the pistols etc on the market today.

Take these with a grain of salt.. they're from New Frontier:

I've seen some issues with the ones guys have made in their 3D printers.. but none of the professionally manufactured setups.

Had a friend order some from Palmetto. He did eventually get them all, but it took about 6 weeks to get his entire order of "in stock" products.

My only concern on these polymer lowers is that they are dimensionally identical to the aluminum alloy ones. I'm not certain the strength properties are identical between the two materials, so I would have liked to see some additional reinforcement in areas that wouldn't compromise interchangeability.
