Help ID old pistol looking to trade

Hi I recently inherited this pistol. I am really interested in the back story and value to this pistol. If it has equal value to an ak or ar I would be interested in a trade. I have my current chl.

The markings on the gun are as follow:
RMF on grip.
Piece chipped off of left side grip
Dreyse
Rheinische metallwaaren-&macchinenfabrik
Abt. Sommerda

S/n 48254

Has clip, holster (leather braver bros mfg co St. Louis)

Old box of winchester 32 automatic 7.65m/m ammo

Also, it's a Dreyse M1907.

Unfortunately, not worth more than 200-300 bucks according to my research.

Might be more depending on certain stampings telling which Army it was issued to.

That would be a Dreyse M1907, it's more or less based off of the FN M1900. You would have to do some research to see what it's worth.

There is a crown and N marking in 3 separate places

Crown N mark means it was was manufactured after 1912. You have what's know as the "Late First Variant".
