I owned a KSG for a while, but the damn thing failed to extract as much as it actually cycled. After waiting three months for Kel Tec to repair it & send it back I finally said **** it! My ffl gave me almost as much as I paid for it & they are the ones waiting for it now.
Kel Tec = Poorly executed innovative designs!

Well said......Why do manufacturers release these weapons when with their thorough testing (one would think) it would expose these feeding/extracting flaws?
Come on....it's not like its weakness won't spread like wildfire through the net.
If it performed as in that video, it looks fun. And as short as it is, it looks like it could be a viable home defense tool. Do you think it's possible they've fixed the feeding/extracting issues since it first came out?
I've never shot any Kel-Tec guns. I know most brand snobs turn their nose up at them, but I don't know how much of that is a function of poor performance...

Had a guy show up to qual with a p11 a few months back. It disintegrated and couldn't complete the 30rnd course.
I like the idea of the KSG and I really dig the RFB but I'd be hesitant to drop coin on them until I hear some good news.

All I know is the KSG friggin rocks in Call of Duty, and I've yet to have a single FTF/FTE with it. :grin:
Ya, it functions flawless in CowaDoody. I wish it was that good of a gun in real life.

Ok serious answer... I was excited as the next guy at the KSG concept, seemed awesome for home defense shotgun. But sadly, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Looks like I'll just get an 870 Tactical to go along with my Wingmaster.
