I'm selling this because I'll be moving around a lot after this summer. It will come with 7 Magpul 30rd magazines and a USGI mag. Sorry the pictures are less than ideal.

This is a great rifle I'm only selling because I plan on being stationed at NY, which does not allow for this kind of weapon. I can hit 300M targets standing up with no support all day with this.

Military? All you need is permission from company/section commander, and you can put it in the arms room on post/base.
And of course why would you tell the local authorities you had it anyway?
