For Trade 1944 National Postal Meter, 4.2 mil. M1 Carbine with Norwegian Coastal Artillery (K.art) and import marking. Robar re-parked barrel & receiver. m2 bullet test shows 3/16" bullet at muzzle. Bore bright with good lands and grooves. VG+ inside and out.
