$420, FTF Western WA, CCL holders please Includes: Smith & Wesson 642 .38 special+p w/ shrouded hammer, 100 rounds of target ammo, 20 rounds of Federal Hydra-Shok HP/low recoil, HKS speed loader and Pachmayr decelerator grip (installed. stock grip is included and shown for comparison). Less than 50 rounds through this gun, and it never left the house. This was my wife's nightstand companion when I was on the road. She wants my g23 now, so I gotta gotta go shopping There are no shortage of good reviews of this gun, and I'm pretty close to just keeping it... Nice gun but if you don't HAVE to sell it, I wouldn't. I've never kicked myself so hard for selling a gun than I have for selling one just like this. Unless the money's tight and you can't swing the purchase for the wife without selling, I'd keep it. This is the perfect ankle gun, or for that matter a "walk to the car with my hand on a gun in my pocket" gun. It's one of the few guns that can be fired several times while in a pocket without jamming. Could come in handy if out walking some night and you hear the words "give me your money or I'll shoot". FWIW a new jacket isn't all that expensive considering and you might even be able to iron a patch over the hole. |
