Personal opinion alert! Well for a defense carbine, anything beyond safety and anything that isn't critical for, I can't believe I'm going to use something I heard Nutnfancy say ... POU (philosophy of use) is too much. For me it would be a defense weapon, so my list is as follows:
Light is important. Shooting accurately is important with an "analog backup". Being able to carry it is important. How you solve the above three is up to you based on your expected use. Anything else is a luxury. Doesn't mean it's not useful or desireable, but it's a luxury.
So great iron sights, AND something beyond that, again based on how you intend to use it. Scope. Red dot. Laser. Pick one for your expected use. You have two beyond Iron? Luxury. Again, doesn't mean it's not useful or desireable, but it's a luxury.
Light? There's an old saying: One light is no lights, two lights is one. I actually agree with that one. They don't both need to be mounted at the same time though  But I have a second, identical lighting setup for my primary long gun. For my pistol I have a mounted light, and a Surefire handheld with that whole "combat ring" design for secure two hand use.
Lastly sling. Again based on what your expected use is.
So for me, your gun is lacking a light, and a precision sighting system. I wouldn't ever want or need a camera on my gun. But if a camera is important for your POU, and in your case, pro video production is obviously important, it's a must have! Again if you need it, it's not too much! It already has great iron sights. I just can't seem to get comfortable with vertical grips. That's probably just me though, as everybody seems to love them.
Again, personal opinion based on how I'm planning to use my weapons.
