Interests are mainly pistols so far. Picked up my first gun a few months ago. Looking into picking up another for concealed carry. Despite all the negative opinions of Taurus, I really like my 9mm. No problems after ~500 rounds of misc plinking ammo |

Well, I have never owned a Taurus, but there are several folks on here that seem to like them. I think they just got off to a rough start when they arrived on the market however many years ago.

Welcome. ![]() What handgun caliber are you practicing with? I shoot mainly lower caliber rounds. Such as, .22 mag (revolver) and .25 auto. Have tried out the Ruger Redhawk in past days in .44 magnum. And, to say it is a short range hurricaine, would not do it justice. The S&W .50 caliber revolver looks rather promising. Only 5 rounds. But, hey!, who could stand up to the punishement? |
