Hey guys and gals, My name is Brad, I have been into guns since I got my CPL 4 yrs ago, I literally applied the day after I turned 21. I am a mechanic at Bob Bridge Toyota in Renton and work with a bunch more gun nuts. You will probably catch me in Ben's Loan alot on my lunch break or days off, I think it is my second home. Alot of people don't like my views, I am a big supporter of the 2nd ammendment, NRA etc. I watch Glenn Beck whenever I get the chance, I think the pres is an idiot and got elected for all the wrong reasons.I got a few guns, my newest being the Ruger LCR .38 special +P, very nice little gun for the money and I can just throw it in my pocket, I haven't got to shoot it yet though. I have a Tikka T3 lite .338 win, which is currently at Mike Palazzo's in Covington getting a custom muzzle brake to tame it down a bit ( it'll knock your dick in the dirt when you shoot it ) I also have an Bushmaster AR15,PTR 91(HK clone), walther P22 (fun plinking gun with 3" barrel and fake silencer),Springfield Armory 1911 full size A1 (bought it literally after seeing Gran Torino, seriously. impulse buy) S&W .357 model 681 ( grandpa gave to me, no paper work) Ruger mini 30 7x62, SKS rifle 7x62, taurus PT145 mill pro, mossberg 500 18" pump with pistol grip (home protection) I have had, ruger P94 .40, first gun. SA XD 9 sub compact, Ruger vaquero .45 LC. anyways, glad to be aboard and hope to meet alot of you guys and gals at the range or at Ben's etc. |

Welcome aboard. You'll get to know all types of people on this forum. It's still fairly small, but is steadily growing over time. Invite your friends. The more the merrier. And Ben's is good peeps. I've bought ammo there many times. |

Ben's by far is my favorite gun store, has the biggest selection I have seen other than Cabela's. I buy all my guns there. They treat you very well there.

I also recently got my first 1911, a Kimber Eclipse Custom II, and picked up a SA XD9SC too. Both great guns. P.S. Glen Beck is major douche bag, but I won't hold that against you.

thanks Gixx, I have not been to Wade's yet, I don't know why. Fed way has good prices, I bought my Taurus PT145 there. I buy at bens cause they hook me up with stuff, I spend alot of cash there. I am not a big fan of champions selection/prices, although I did purchase my Mossberg 500 and XD9 SC from there, payed way to much cause of the credit card transaaction fee they were doing at the time. The range is kinda pricey I think, just my opinion. last I think it was $10 for the lane and $7 a person after that, can't shoot .223 anymore there cause some idiot decided to use armor piercing rounds or something and put holes in the wall. Alot of people don't like Beck, I share the same views as him though. Everyone has their own views and opinions. doesn't bother me at all. :) |

Hello If you haven't already checked out West Coast Armory in Issaquah that's one of my favorite places to pop into.

been into west coast armory, cool stuff there. totally different group of people in there compared to Ben's Loan, I feel West Coast kinda looks at me as a punk kid that doesn't need a gun. just an observation.

I like west coast.. some solid ar guys there.. good to know if your building em. I think they've recently opened some kind of big indoor range, I was talking to (I believe) the owner earlier this summer.. he's a buddy of a buddy. He was saying it was gonna be great etc etc.. and I think I saw a flier recently w/pics. Just too lazy to actually look it up.
