My name is jason and I am in the Wilsonville area. I am a 37 year old man with a great wife, 3 kids, 11, 3, 8 months, all girls! I am originally from the Great State of North Carolina. I t worked in the Charlotte Meck police department until an idiot mayor came in and did a slash on budget and manpower, so I was layed off due to the union and then went into the US Navy. I served in the Navy for 8 years until I got out in 2007. I then went to work for Blackwater USA and contracted for 1 year. While in Virginia/NC, I met a great woman from Wilsonville Oregon that was working for a non profit. We then decide to move here to Oregon in May of 2008. I have been a shooter since i was 6 years old. My first gun was a New England Firearms single shot 12 gauge. I then lost that gun to a thief that broke into my home when I was 9. My father replaced that shot gun with a model 12 Winchester. My first hand gun was a SW 38 revolver. Neither I still own unfortunatly. In the past 20 years I have rotated guns of various nature. Some I regret getting rid of, some I am so glad I did. I once had one of the first 5 HS2000 9MM. For all the people who don't know, that was the first XD hand guns, until Springfield bought the design and company. I stupidly sold that one, so that is one of my regrets. I got out of shoting for a little while and lived with a single Beretta 92. In 2010, I decided to get back into shooting and I obtained my membership to TCGC. I did the action range cert so I could teach myself how to tactically shot again like I did in the military. I now have increased my gun safe with 3 pistols, an M-4 5.56, an M-4 .22LR for plinking, a 590 Mossberg and a 535 Mossberg for skeet/trap. I don't have many shooting friends or friends out here at all so if you want to expand your buddy list, hit me up.

welcome to the wet set jason. nothin but rain here, maybe not in OR. but in tacoma it is rain 300 days a year.. great story!! my ex wife got my 22 impounded when she was shootin at the neighbors dog... too far for me to shoot with ya, but i am a fellow squid, only 4 years, nuke - then ---- long story.. glad to have you here.. look forward to gettin to know ya... these men here know their stuff. Welcome, sounds like an interesting history. You were just three enlistments from retirement. Anyway it's funny how we as a nation are willing to send troops and monies abroad.
