I'm a former NRA HP shooter, getting near retirement and pickup up old hobbies again

present project is a match quality Mosin Nagant 91/30
found a barrel manufacture - looking for gunsmith with the tools and experience to install a match barrel on this 1932 Hex reciever
having a Finn 2 stage Mosin trigger coming in from Finland
yes, I know I can purchase an accurate rifle for less - not the point
has anyone had a Mosin re-barreled in the NW?

Is he the gunsmith in Amboy? A Couple of the old timers at the range recommended him to me.
