Hey guy's I've been looking at the Glock 22 - .22 LR conversion and I just thought I would ask to see if anyone on here has done that? I've shot a Glock 21 that was converted to .22 for plinking and had a blast shooting it, it's nice being able to spend 15-20 bucks and get 500 rounds of .22 opposed to spending the same and getting 50 rounds of .40.. Up until yesterday I didn't know that they made a .22 conversion for the Glock 22 so I was thinking about buying a Walther P22 but if the conversion is good that would be great, that way I can practice with the existing gun opposed to something new.

While I do like my Walther P22, I would go with a conversion if I were in your shoes. Practice helps, and it helps even more if it's with the same gun as you normally carry/use.

When I have 2 options to achieve the same goal and they both involve purchasing guns or gun accessories, I tend to buy them both. But I am a gun nut and have more in firearms than I do in my bikes.

I like the advantage arms kits we use. Not very finicky about ammo, thunderbolt kinda sucks in it but Fed bulk pack works fine.
