Congratulations. While I have several guns, I still have not purchased one myself (mine were all from family, and one from a raffle). I will be making my first "purchase" as soon as the tax return comes in. Glad to hear you are getting training, and welcome to the forum.

Congrat's and welcome to the addiction. Firearms are like tattoos.. As soon as your first one is complete. You want another one.

I loved the one about guns and tats-I never even thought of that angle but you're dead on! Once you start getting either, it's tough to stop.

Good choice for your first weapon, once you realize you can own more than one gun safe, you soon realize how many guns you can own

I hope you enjoyed your safety course and got some practice in with your new purchase.
Looking forward to hearing more from you around the forum. :)
