19oz, thin, single stack AND SHOOTABLE? Damn I wish this was out when I was shopping for my LC9. Initial reviews are awesome and if the quality is excellent as other M&P's I might have to buy one for the wife. |

I've been hearing good things about them. Might have to pick one up instead of waiting for the damn XDs's to become available.

I love my Kahr CW9. I've shot my buddy's LC9 and the CW has way less felt recoil and a much better trigger (long as War and Peace but so smooth). Haven't really looked into the Shield much.

I shot one a few days ago. Seemed pretty nice, but I don't have anything to really compare it to. Didn't like the trigger feel or long reset but I'm used to custom trigger jobs. I would consider getting one and having the trigger worked on.
