I turned 44 this week, so I'm calling it my Magnum Birthday. We celebrated out at the range, My dad has decided he doesn't like the little LC9, He and mom both dont like the DAO trigger pull. So Happy Birthday! I love it! I got my CPL when I had Jury Duty last month, I figured since I had free parking by the courthouse and I was already there...what the heck. it came a few days ago so I was thinking about getting an EDC pistol. AS much as I love my FNS9 it's not a practical EDC. I like that I don't have to get another caliber selection in the ammo supply, as I have a decent quantity on hand.

It totally pocket carries and I love how it shoots, great trigger pull, nice and smooth you can totally tell where it's going to crack. I can get half my pinkie on the magazine extension, and it rests under the magazine without the extension. I'm very comfortable shooting this gun either way. It's surprisingly accurate 0n the pistol range.

I get what you did there -- 44 "magnum" birthday. Nice!

And nice looking pistol. Congrats on it becoming an EDC for you!

Oh, and happy birthday!

We did shoot some Magnum rifled Hollow point slugs, All i can say is that the videos I've seen on YouTube does these no justice at all, it is an insanely devastating round. I have a sore shoulder from those. I had a pretty good time making a one liter bottle jump around with buckshot too. Sore ribs from laughing so much that day too.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! It was awesome.
