Hk p30

Does anyone on here have a P30? Or fired one? I've been doing a bit of research and they've gotten really good reviews as I expect they would being an HK handgun, I've been thinking about trading in one of my pistols and getting one. So I was just curious if anyone had any experience with this particular pistol.

My EDC pistol is a P30 in .40 S&W. As with most HK pistols it has functioned flawlessly. Many people bitch about HK triggers, but if you like HK triggers the gun is damn near perfect. My only bitch about the gun is that it came with rechargeable glow in the dark night sights instead of Tritium night sights.

I do plan on getting a VP9 once my FFL gets one in stock & it may become my EDC once I get some range time with it.

I had one and foolishly sold it. They gave a wonderful feel and are very accurate. I want another one.

I have a P30 in .40 S&W. It's been my EDC for about a year and a half. My experience with other pistols is limited but, FWIW, I love this pistol. I do agree with FatFugg that the sights are less than ideal. I'll probably put a set of XS Big Dots on at some point.

Ha....I was just about to comment something to the effect, "it's no beretta". I recently sold one, great pistol but sacrifices have to be made sometimes.
