Subject: rcbs.com - Ask RCBS Form

I got a case stuck in one of your reloading dies, and in the process of
removing the case, I damaged the expander-decapper. After getting a
replacement part, I realized that I had also damaged the guide bushing.
A quick internet search suggests I might not be able to find this part
(rcbs guide bushing 09626) in stores, and I couldn't find it on your
product website.

Is this something I can order or am I stuck buying a new die?

Thanks,
Jeff

I'd heard these guys were tops, and I picked up some of their stuff used, then fucked it up. apparently, they support retards like me, and they've earned a customer for life.

Sorry, not my intent. I just like to show that when I post something I have proof to back up what I say.

This did not happen over night, I have been at it for 16 years now.

Here it is from another angle,

These were taken last year so it does not show how I currently have my Dillon swager set up or my RCBS Chargemaster.

Not saying that is your intent. You just have some awesome toys that I want.
