if you guys havent seen the XL650 in action here is a crappy video of me just making a few .380's I already had some on the shell plate when i decided to make this video with my iphone so every one you see flying into the bin is a completed round. i made this on my iphone and had some trouble getting the phone to stand up without falling so sorry again for the bad video work. maybe next time ill make a vid with a good cam and tripod.

i must have like 1000 peices of 40 brass that i have sorted out from my other stuff.. unfortunatly i only reload 9 380 and 45. i need to weigh and sell that brass

or something. if you have once fired 9mm brass and wanna trade maybe we can work something out

bullet feeder or shell feeder? the shell feeder increases your production levels exponentially!!!! i reccomend it!!

I have the shell feeder and have seen adds for a bullet feeder. All you have to do is run the handle and make sure everything is working as it supposed to. The one I've seen advertised in Front Sight is like $150.

I've thought about, just not sure that I reload enough to justify it. If I was shooting as much as I did 4-5 years ago, then yes. I used to have an RL550 setup for 40, and nother setup in 45, ready to go at a moments notice. Was a pain to switch betwen large and small primers - and still is with the 650.

great vids...i decided that that seems a lot cheaper than buying new rounds in the long run. how many times can you reuse the same brass?

Depends on the caliber, the brass, and how hot you load it. If you load hot rounds, they may show signs of stress/failure after the first reload. However, I have heard that the average re-use is about 5 times. Most I've ever heard of was 25 times.

A hot round, or hot load is a cartridge loaded beyond specifications of the cartridge or powder manufacturer recommendations. Example: Buffalo Bore makes some ammunition in .44 mag that is pushing a 340 grain bullet at 1425fps. It's about 40% more powerful than most of the factory loads.
