My future father in law already has all the equipment. We are now looking for brass, primers, and powder. Do any of you guys buy your **** online? If so where? Anyone in Oregon buy from a good local source? We are looking at reloading .223, .357, .40, .45, and 7.62x39. TIA

primers and powder have a $25 or so extra hazmat fee added to them so I buy them locally at gun shops.

Bullets and brass I look for on-line, mostly the arf EE.

White elephant, montana gold bullets, ... wherever I can find primers.

T- Thanks for the heads up on the small pistol primers at AAA. I took 2 and left 1. Find me a score like that on small rifle and I'll be set for a while again.

I got lucky and picked up 3000 small rifle primers from a local store here. They had just got them in in fact. Guy said they may have been on the floor for about 2 hours. They are not known as a reloading store, so I bought everything they had. CCI No.41 primers (The hard Mil-Spec primers)

I used half the box of primers I bought then sold the other half for almost as much as I paid for the whole box :)

I almost want to buy another case or large pistol primers but I know I need large rifle more.

I'll go along with Joker, Bi-mart is my favorite for local powders, bullets, small equipment. You want the basic equipment try online with MidwayUSA.com. Of course they have everything ! It's not hard to do,
