reloding data ar 15

i have an ar15 with a 28 inch krieger barrel it has a 1-7.7 twist does anyone have any info on what would be a good load for this i really like using h335 because it works good in my powder measure im also using 68 gr hornady bullets 23 gr powder . if anyone has a combo that works better id love to here it

i dont know but i do wanna try that poweder. I currently use the imr4198 with 55gr bullets
