They have em at Costco.
For the price, yeah they're great for stashin in random drawers.
They're a bit brittle, the switches are the cheap reverse-clicky style. But again, for the money, not terrible...there's just nothing really tactical about them. :)

I'll stick with my $60 custom rechargeable 800lm though. :)

Yea... They're not bad for the price. I'm a bit of a flashlight-o-holic though.. And the quality on these are just so-so.

Want a weapons grade light: buy a used Surefire 6P, & put in a Malkoff drop in. Great light.

Solarforce makes some decent stuff as well... Just got one with the M3 head on it.... Dayum. It is advertised as a 750lm idea... And it delivers. Roughly 55 bucks total.

If you have little kids, and want to put something LTL in their hands these are a good choice. Its hard for them to accidentaly shoot a family member if it's what they have. Makes it hard to see them in the dark, and could disrupt an assailant's O.O.D.A loop long enough to buy critical seconds in a nighttime emergency.

I wouldn't attach one to a gun, but I'd grab one along with a pistol if I heard a bump in the night.
