good mornin yall - so i was shootin my xd9 yesterday and the laser sights are off by a good bit. a friend was shootin as well - and he is a much better shot.. the iron sights seemed great, the laser was off - well i said that already i know. i should prolly get online etc. write the manufacturer etc.. but why am i a member here if i do all that.... so how do i adjust the laser - and i realize that a side mounted laser will have a " sweet spot" then at longer distances be off the mark. i really enjoy shootin long guns - pistols seem to elude me..

Who makes a side mount laser for an XD and where can I get one!? I know LaserLyte has them for small carry guns, but I've never seen one for a full sized gun...

I'm using the crimson trace on my S&W M&P .40, and there's two very small holes for Allen wrenchs, one adjust up and down, the other is for left to right. It took me about 20min at the range to get it lined up.

Hey Yance, do you know the brand/model? Do you see any adjustment screws or is the laser encapsulated?
