cheap recoil reducer for hunting shotguns

Make A Cheap Recoil Reducer | Field & Stream

a neat little tip for reducing recoil on shotguns.

basically, it's removing your plug and replacing with a piece of PVC pipe the same length, but filled with lead shot.

obviously, not a home defense mod, but for y'all restricted to 3 shells (hunters) it might be a valid option for shooting hefty loads if you are lucky enough to shoot enough for the recoil to matter when hunting (I'm never that lucky...)
