Shotgun cleanin

Just purchased my first shotgun, a Mossberg 500 with 20" barrel.

Purchased new. It arrived almost dripping with oil.
It will need to be cleaned and appropriately oiled.

I am new to shotguns and I am looking for suggestions on
cleaning and oiling. Both product and method suggestions

I break it down and use a mop for the bore soaked with Hoppe's #9 and a toothbrush for the bolt and chamber. Be patient and give the cleaner a couple minutes to get in and clean everything before you start wiping it down with clean cloths. It's how I clean most of my guns. I rarely use wire brushes on my guns.
