Looking For A Used Spas-12 Shotgun

As the title states. Looking for a good condition Spas 12 shotgun. I saw an almost new one going for $1400 a couple months ago but nothing since.

Please post if you are thinking about selling one.

Thanks.

I saw about 6 or 7 of them for sale that the last WAC gun show in Puyallup last month that I went to. Didn't ask about the prices though but they seemed to be coming out of the woodwork!

Did you buy one yet?

If not I would advise against it unless you just want one to show off. I had one for a few years, paid $850 for it and sold it for about $1100 a couple years ago. It hardly got shot.

They are a shitty semi auto that will only cycle the heaviest loads. It is a very heavy and bulky pump gun. It has 2 different safeties that have to be in the right position to even load the gun.

If you are looking for a good shotgun in this style with a decent mag capacity I would look at a Benelli either in semi auto or the M3 pump/semi or a Saiga.

I don't know anything about them other than they are pretty cool looking and that they were banned under the Crime Bill of 1994. I have a friend in CA that has one that needs to get rid of it (he brought it from LA) since its illegal in CA. Other than physically driving it out of the state, how can he sell it out of state?
