I'm working up some loads that will be fired out of both a 6" revolver (Ruger GP100) and a 24" carbine (lever action). The loads will all be 38 specials but both guns are 357's so +P is fine.

So I am close to making my first "battle" type rifle purchase. I already have my zombie 223 cqc gun and want something with more reach so I think I want to go 308 but I must add that a 223 isnt completely out of the question.
What I want a rifle to be able to do. 1 MOA is a requirement...
