problems

Tried to zero my Savage 110 338 Lapua at 100 yards. I have a 12x42 Night Force bench rest scope. I zeroed with a laser at 100 yd had it checked by a local shop. Problem is it shoots 24 min. to the right. Swaped scopes with my 308 goimg out today to find out if its the scope or rifle thats off...

So i bought an 870 about 2 months ago and whenever i go shooting at least once per time the gun will jam up and not eject the shell. i have to jiggle the action a lot before it comes unjammed. anyone else have this problem or a solution for it? any help would be appriciated.
