Just found this on a random little nickel paper. Tacoma Highland Games - Main Page I signed up to compete in the games, totally last second thing never done it before. Looked cool and had nothing better to do. Maybe I will see you there. |

My right shoulder is sore as fuck today but I did great. I was in the mens novice "c" class, and believe it or not I was the smallest guy out there, which I am not used too. anyways completed 3rd over all in my division, 1st in heavy weight for distance, 3rd in open stone, 2nd in bramer sone, 3rd in weight for height, 5th and 6th in heavy hammer, light hammer, light weight for distance, 3rd in the caber toss!! and yes I actually did get a full "12 o clock" rotation, which was my goal for the whole day. It was fricken kick ass meet alot of really cool people and good man grunts all day. Cant wait to actually pratice some of the events and go out and do it again< i think I think I am going to do the one in portlandia in like 2 weeks, I'm hooked. The class A guys are fucking huge and so powerful, it was cool to see it up close
